Take a photo of a purchase bill, forward a PDF from email or upload a folder. The AI Bookkeeper reads supplier, GSTIN, items, tax and totals, then suggests the ledger entry. Your accountant approves it, edits it or sends it back. Nothing is posted without that approval.

What AI Bookkeeper does
Snap bills on the phone, forward them to your Kubertree inbox address, or drag in a folder of PDFs.
Supplier, GSTIN, bill number, date, items, HSN, taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST and round-off.
Picks the purchase or expense ledger, tax ledgers and supplier account, based on how your books were kept before.
An unclear GSTIN, totals that don't add up, or a bill that looks already entered is sent for a check.
Approve one by one or in bulk. Every correction your accountant makes shapes the next suggestion.
The photo is attached to the voucher, so anyone checking the books sees the original in one click.
How it works
Bills come in from phone photos, email forwards and uploads, into one inbox.
Each bill is read and matched to a supplier ledger, or a new one is suggested.
Clear bills wait in Ready to approve. Unclear ones wait in Needs a check, with the reason shown.
Your accountant approves. Only then is the entry posted and counted in GST Desk.
In detail
The AI Bookkeeper is built to stop when something is unclear. These are the reasons it holds a bill back.
Questions
Clear printed bills from regular suppliers are usually read correctly. Anything uncertain is held for a check, which is why approval stays with your accountant.
It reads clear handwriting. If a field can't be read with confidence, it is left blank and flagged for your accountant.
Your accountant changes it before approving. The next bill from that supplier uses the corrected ledger.
