01Try before you pay
Every business gets 30 days of full access before paying anything, with no card needed. Please use the trial to check that the service suits your books.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the month already paid. Part months are not refunded.
03Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of payment, we refund the months you have not used, less the month in progress. After 30 days, yearly plans are not refunded, and access continues until the end of the paid year.
04Moving between plans
Moving up a plan charges only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down applies from the next billing period, so there is nothing to refund.
05Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the extra amount in full.
06How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used, usually within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Where GST was charged, a credit note is issued against the original invoice so your own books and GST returns stay correct.
07Your books after cancelling
Cancelling does not delete your books straight away. You can export everything, and your account stays read-only until you ask us to close it.
08Asking for a refund
Write to us from the contact page, choose Help with my account, and give your business name and the payment you are asking about.
