Questions
About plans and billing
01What counts as an invoice?
Every sales invoice, export invoice and credit or debit note you issue counts once. Quotations, sales orders and purchase bills do not count.
02What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and continue with everything you entered. If you do not choose one, your books stay saved and you can export them.
03Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down applies from the next billing period.
04How are Indian businesses billed?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Businesses in India are invoiced in rupees at the equivalent rate, with GST charged on a tax invoice you can claim credit on.
05We are a CA firm with many clients. What do we pay?
The Ledger plan is priced per client business. Your clients who are already on any plan connect to your firm desk at no extra cost.
06Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans can be refunded for the unused months within the first 30 days of payment. See the refund policy for details.
